և Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոններ ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Հալաբյան 51 շենքի մուտքերից մեկի աստիճանավանդակից տղամարդու դի կա կախված։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ԱԻՆ ՓԾ թիվ 7 հրշեջ-

փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։ Ժամանել են նաև Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր արձանագրել են քաղաքացու մահը։ Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի

քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են մահացածի ինքնությունը, ով ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ կլինի 50-55 տարեկան։ Փաստի առթիվ Մաշտոցի քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
